We have blocked some rooms in some hotels in Potsdam for conference attendees, for the dates of the conference (12th – 15th September). The conference venue is directly next to Griebnitzsee train station, which is easily accessible from Berlin (with public transport), where there are plenty of hotels available.

Please say “__KONVENS2022__” whilst booking online. Rooms must be booked until the 21st August. Rooms can be cancelled up to 7 days before the first day of the booking and will be fully refunded, after this only 10% of the price will be refunded.

Hotel Ascot-Bristol

Single room €68.90 / double room €87.80 (price includes breakfast, all rooms have Wi-Fi)

Please say “Konvens2022” whilst booking, this can be done via email (info@hotel-ascot-bristol.de) or telephone (+49 331 6691-0). Rooms must be booked until the 25th August. Rooms can be cancelled up to 3 days before the first day of the booking and will be fully refunded, after this 20-40% of the room price will be refunded, depending on how short-notice the cancellation is.
