LanguageTooler GmbH is the company behind LanguageTool, a virtual writing assistant. LanguageTool checks texts in German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch and many other languages for spelling, grammar and style errors. Because the assistant is integrated into the user’s browser, the check takes place exactly where the text is created – errors are underlined directly in the text and correction suggestions can be accepted with a single click. LanguageTool uses a combination of a rule-based system and artificial intelligence.
